Reserves & Resources Disclosure
Petrotech follows the requirements of the Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) guidance of National Instrument 51-101 Policy. We are well versed in and use the definition of reserves and resources and follow the guidelines from the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation (COGE) Handbook and Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
In compliance with Canadian and U.S. public-listed companies, we are familiar with the oil and gas reserves and resources, as well as oil and gas related activities on a continuous disclosure and an annual filing requirement. For Canadian disclosures, National Instrument (NI) 51-101 Policy together with the Form 51-101 F1, the Companion Policy (CP) joint explanations and the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation (COGE) Handbook are used. For U.S. disclosures, we use the United States Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations. We conduct the applicable reserves and/or resources evaluations in accordance with the Canadian, U.S. and U.K. regulations . |
